Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on made-to-order items. However, we do allow exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

• Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• Returns are only allowed for non-made-to-order products.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

• If you need a different size or wish to exchange for another item, you may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we cannot guarantee an exchange.

3. No Refunds or Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our production process for made-to-order items, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We will also cover the return shipping costs in this case.

5. Exchange & Return Process

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or return and ship the new item.
